Photojournalism: Brittney Moore
Photojournalism is a visual representation of current events or news. Photography has the essence to convey a story, but also a feeling. I think that is what make photographs more compelling, by how well it translates the subjects feeling. It’s always wonderful that you understand the message, but if the first look doesn’t capture the audience, then you lost the message. It takes technique and patience to capture one’s feeling or recreating a specific mood to present.
Robert Doisneau is a good and one of my favorite photographers because he understands the importance of patience. He would take time to map out, search and wait for the picture to come to him. I also enjoy his unique technical use of composition and motion
