UPSIDE DOWN- JULIO TORRES
Julio Torres, 21, is a junior at New Mexico State University, in the CMI department with a specialty in animation and a minor in journalism. He is originally from Chaparral, New Mexico. He wants to turn the world of NMSU upside by putting money into the departments that actually put the university out there. He believes departments like journalism, cmi and the arts need more money than the sports teams. He is passionate about the university and sees the need for more equipment that is up to date, and enough for all students to use.
