Beautiful work and a real breakthrough for you.
Don’t want to rain on your parade but I have to point out that these are all of the same building. Do you think National Geo does stories on a building?
Rather, the do stories on ideas like the “Acculturation of the Bomb Town” or something.
In thinking that way you could shoot a lot in Los Alamos, spread out, make it broader and when you finish that you could go to the next town down the road (Albuquerque?).
See what I mean?
Broader.
Using the same brush and techniques and feel that you have in these images but with a story in mind not just images.
If you do that you have the beginning of PHOTOJOURNALISM, story-telling.
Also, don’t forget the people who build these buildings and design them and maintain them and, lastly, use them.
Emphasis on the word “people.” Architecture is a people trade.
Back to this portfolio: Excellent progress. Good images. I can feel the commitment.
