Colonia Baseball
Training Begins
I followed the “Yankees” a team from an unprivileged “colonia” in Ciudad Juarez. This team is 100% supported by the families of this community. Last year they won the state championship, but were unable to travel to compete at the national level because local government was reluctant to help them. Still, they have returned to defend their title, and hopefully get to play on the national league.
