POTW 9, The Music Store
Musicians world wide have obtained their first instrument through local shops where the owner knows exactly what they were looking for. After that basic connection is made, an addiction is born. Playing an instrument gives way to the need to go back to the sop over and over again, and not just for the fancy guitars.
Several times i find myself going back to the same music stores to check their product and play the new guitars, but more importantly for the conversations with the owners. The old guys who sit behind the counter smoking cigarettes waiting for their next customer usually carry the greatest stories of rock and roll history that any one can find .
