ALMOST FAMOUS IN LAS CRUCES

Patricia Valencia and Ricky Tarin, have both been in the radio industry 20 years combined. Patrica has been on multiple radio stations through out her career while Ricky has stayed at one production company throughout his career.

Patricia Valencia, a Las Cruces native is a long-time radio personality in the Southwest part of the United States. Valencia has been in the radio industry since 2005 bouncing back from radio stations in Las Cruces and El Paso, T.X. Throughout her ten years she has been on local radio stations like, KGRT 103.9, KSNM 98.7, Hot 103.1 in the Las Cruces area and on KLAQ 95.5, KISS FM 93.1 in the El Paso, T.X. area. Valencia is currently on the Las Cruces airwaves on Magic 104.9 from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. and is on Zia Country 99.5, 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. Valencia won a 2017 Radio Mercury Award for being a part of $1,500 Radio Station Produced Promotional Showcase.

He has won an award for Large market radio division 2 single dj host of the year in 2015. Ricky T has also won an award for Large market radio division 2 public service campaign for rocket food force.
