Corner of Hatch
Hatch, New Mexico sits on the edge of Exit 41 of Highway 28. The town was officially named “Hatch” in 1875. Known as the chile capital of the world, this small New Mexico village is unlike any other. The village could be considered a farm town, yet commercial semi-trucks roam the streets. This post office was founded on February 2, 1887 and has existed as a staple of the town since then.
