WAR BONDS
Robert Dawson, a Vietnam Veteran sits at the Southwest University Stadium on Monday August 28th, 2016 with four tickets to watch the El Paso Chihuahuas baseball team play an afternoon game. Sitting by himself, Robert is not alone. The three extra tickets were bought in memory of his war buddies who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedom we celebrate today. In celebration of the Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day at the ballpark, Commander Dawson is seen saluting the United States Flag with as much pride, devotion, and courage as he did when he enlisted at the age of 18.
