All the Chile plants in all kinds of growth stages can be seen along each row of the building. A baby Chile plant whose height remains the same as the chiles grow larger. Even in their current state, the small chiles can be eaten and pack quite the punch! Dr. Paul W. Bosland explains the importance of breeding a strain of sick chiles with healthy ones so they can better produce.
