A glimpse at the local independent film maker.
Neil Duran is a NMSU CMI graduate. He is a very particular person, what made him stand out in the first place was his slick looking silver hair and his tattoos. We chatted for a bit and told me about a project he is working on, a pilot for a T.V. show called Stubs. He is a producer and that night he and some of the creators were auditioning an actress for a role in the pilot. Neil also plays a character in the T.V. pilot so he recited some lines reading the script off his phone. From what I can tell they seemed to like the girl. The night ended with a smoke outside and a chat about the project.
