Life of a College Student
Aaron Rios, 23, has been in the Creative Media Institute (CMI) program at New Mexico State University for three years now. He hopes to join the film industry as a writer, director actor. While I tagged along with him he checked his email, took a nap, ate the weird sushi you can get in Corbett, and read his textbook. I also followed him to class, which I think weirded him out a little, but he was nice about it. I sat in on his science fiction class where they discussed Jack Williamson’s book, The Humanoids. I had never heard of either the writer or the class so spending time with Aaron really expanded my vision of what is available for the students on our campus.
