Hi Bruce,

I’m putting everything in this one document for you. I hope it helps.

Our book title listed by the publisher (Fonthill Media) and the assigned manuscript number is:

F250016 Winning the War on the Home Front: The World War II Photography of Alfred T. Palmer

We can change this to Home Front: Alfred T. Palmer’s World War II Photography

Submitting Your Materials

We strongly prefer to receive your materials digitally, as this eliminates the risk of them being lost, stolen, or damaged in the post. WeTransfer.com is an easy, free, and efficient way of sending large files, and it does not require any form of registration.

To begin, create a new folder on your computer and name this new folder using the NTP (the New Title Proposal number) you have been given for your book, followed by the title, followed by the word ‘complete’. For example:

F240154-Churches-of-New-York-Complete

Copy your two Word files (your manuscript and captions) into this folder. Into the same folder, place the folder containing your images. Once you have done this, right click the main folder, hover over ‘Send to’ and select ‘Compressed (zipped) folder’. This will create another folder in a compressed mode, which is suitable to be sent via WeTransfer. Once you have created your zipped folder, go to www.wetransfer.com. Click on ‘Add your files’, select your zipped folder, and enter the necessary email addresses.
