A man and his chile
Joe Wood isn’t your average guy.
Joe Wood has already had a (strong) cup of coffee, broke a sweat in the field and sliced countless tiny seeds in half under a microscope before you’ve even brushed your teeth. The cool thing about Joe is, unlike many students I’ve met, he is undeniably passionate about learning his discipline inside out: Entomology and Plant Pathology.
Joe seems too cool to be the type of student who actually studies, but boy, does he study. Joe has managed 18 credits every semester of his college career and is the only person I know who will finish school in only 3 years.
His main mode of transportation is a bright blue road bike, he has a septum piercing and flowing light brown locks that he says he never washes, and I can vouch that he sported the man bun before it was a thing.
He is certainly one of the most rounded people I’ve met, and I suppose that makes him pleasantly odd.
